New Student Masterclasses specifically designed for emerging artists interested in studying at the studio, are held semi-annually in New York City. Participation in a New Student Masterclass makes new students eligible for further study at the studio.

ADVANCED MASTER CLASSES
Advanced Masterclasses for current and former students are offered year-round in New York City, at the studio in Munich, and in other site specific locations (both nationally and internationally).
STUDY ABROAD INTENSIVES
Week-long study abroad programs are designed for students seeking immersive and intensive, advanced vocal training. Enrollment will be open to all; although, priority will be granted to students of Tessa Lang Vocal Studios.
Evolved Vocology provides workshops and training designed to enhance student and teacher performance through physical alignment, breathwork, mindfulness, and voice techniques, ultimately fostering a more energized, engaged, and productive classroom environment.
To promote increased student engagement, optimize in-class learning and inspire “aha” moments, the Evolved Vocology Experiential Workshop explores the interdisciplinary connections of musculoskeletal alignment, breath, and voice to improve teacher stamina and create a welcoming space for optimized in-class learning. Attendees will explore instructional performance enhancing techniques and concepts including:
Instructional Performance Enhancement
We teach techniques and concepts that focus on the interdisciplinary connections between body alignment, breath, and vocal use. These techniques aim to help teachers enhance their overall performance in the classroom.
Grounding and Energy Building
Evolved Vocology offers guidance on grounding techniques that create physical space within the body, allowing teachers to build energy, remain focused, and transition smoothly between tasks. This grounding is also intended to boost confidence, efficiency, and the ability to find energy for teaching.
Physical Alignment and Vocal Training
Teachers are trained to recognize the importance of body alignment, breath control, and voice projection. These components are crucial in ensuring that teachers can project their best selves in the classroom, helping to enhance their effectiveness in teaching.
Mindfulness and Self-Awareness
The workshops include training on being present and trusting your own body, which helps create a stronger teacher-student connection and fosters a positive classroom culture.
Reading/Connecting with the Classroom
One of our services involves helping teachers learn how to read and understand the "room" or the energy and dynamics of the classroom. This work helps teachers connect with their students and become more in tune with the classroom's needs, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Personalized Development for Teachers
The service emphasizes the importance of teachers cultivating their best selves, both physically and mentally, for the benefit of their students. This includes learning how to take care of their own well-being so they can successfully reach each student.
